2025 Boston Marathon Registration Fees. Runners are responsible for paying their boston marathon entry fee of $375 directly to the b.a.a., and this registration fee does not count towards the fundraising minimum. Registration for the 129th boston marathon, presented by bank of america, the boston athletic association (b.a.a.) begins tomorrow, september 9 and will run for five days, closing on september 13.
